Local SEO that makes your phone ring

When somebody near you types “plumber near me” or “roofer near me”, three companies get the map pack and the calls. We do the work that puts your name in there and keeps it there.

What does local SEO for a contractor actually include?

Local SEO is the work that puts your company in the map pack when somebody nearby searches for what you do. It covers your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your listings, your service pages and the technical fixes behind them. For the map pack, the profile and the reviews carry more weight than the website.

We are an American company, based in Safety Harbor, Florida, with a team around the world. Twenty years working with local contractors. Where our people sit is our problem. Where you rank is the only thing you should have to care about.

What you get

Six things, done properly

Google Business Profile

Primary category, services, service area, hours, photos, questions and posts. The profile is what the map pack ranks, and being open at the moment of the search counts, so it gets worked every month instead of set up once and forgotten.

Reviews

A system that asks every finished job for a review, at the moment the customer is happiest, plus a reply from you on every one. Recency, a steady flow and what the review text says count for more than the total. Real customers only. We never write or buy a review.

Listings and NAP

Your name, address and phone number matching everywhere it appears. Old addresses, dead phone numbers and duplicate listings confuse Google and cost you rankings. We clean them up.

Service pages

One real page per thing you sell, written the way your customers ask for it, plus service area pages where they make sense. No thin filler pages built to game a keyword.

Technical fixes

Speed on a phone, page titles, headings, internal links, broken pages, indexing, structured data. The boring work that decides whether the good stuff counts.

Tracking you can read

Where you rank, across your service area, plus calls and direction requests from your profile. One plain report a month with what moved, what did not, and what we are doing next.

How it works

Five steps, no mystery

01

Audit

We pull your profile, your site, your listings and your rankings apart and show you exactly what is broken.

02

Scorecard

On day one we agree what we are measuring: keywords, map positions, calls and direction requests.

03

Fix

Profile, listings, technical problems and the pages that already have a chance. Fastest wins first.

04

Build

New service pages, review flow, photos and the local signals that push you up the map pack.

05

Report

One plain report a month against the day one scorecard. You see movement or you see why not.

The demand is already there

Your customers are searching right now

These are real monthly Google searches in the United States. Nobody has to be convinced to look for a contractor. They are already looking. The only question is whose name is on the screen.

The cost per click column is what those clicks sell for when you pay for them. Ranking is how you stop paying for them.

Honest expectations

What we will not do

No guaranteed rankings

Nobody controls Google. Anyone guaranteeing position one is either lying or planning to rank you for something nobody searches. We guarantee the work and we show you the numbers.

No fake reviews

We do not write reviews, buy reviews or trade reviews. It is against Google’s rules and profiles get wiped for it. We build a system that gets real ones from real jobs.

No overnight results

Map pack movement takes months. Competitive pages take longer. If you need leads this week, run ads this week and let this work build underneath them.

No page farms

We do not spin out hundreds of town pages that all say the same thing. Google demotes whole websites for that. Fewer real pages beat a pile of thin ones, every time.

Questions

Straight answers

What is the Google map pack, and why do most contractor calls come from it?

The map pack is the block of three local businesses with a map that Google shows above the regular links when somebody searches for a service near them. On a phone it fills the screen, so most calls come from those three spots. Getting your company in there, and keeping it there, is the main job of local SEO.

How long does it take for a contractor to see local SEO results in the map pack?

Map pack movement usually starts in the first two to three months. Competitive service pages take longer, often six months or more. Anyone who promises page one in 30 days is selling you something. What you will see inside 30 days is the fixes done, the profile rebuilt, and a scorecard that shows exactly where you stood on the day we started.

Do I need a new website before starting local SEO, or can you work with the one I have?

Usually we work with the one you have. Most contractor sites can rank once the service pages, the page titles, the internal links and the phone speed problems are fixed. Rebuilding costs months you do not get back. If your site is genuinely beyond repair we tell you that straight, and we tell you why, instead of billing you to patch it forever.

Can you rank my company in nearby towns where I do not have a physical address?

In the regular local results yes, in the map pack usually not. The map pack leans hard on how close your address is to the person searching, so a town an hour away is a hard fight no matter what your website says. We build real service area pages for towns you genuinely work in, set the service area on your profile, and tell you which towns the map will not give you.

What matters more for the map pack, my website or my Google Business Profile and reviews?

Your profile and your reviews. Together they carry more weight in the map pack than anything on your website, which is why the profile gets worked every month instead of set up once and forgotten. Your primary category, your service area, correct hours, photos and answered questions all count, and so does a steady flow of recent reviews you reply to.

Which review signals actually move local rankings?

Recency, steady arrival, what the review text says, and whether you answer. A pile of reviews from three years ago loses to a competitor collecting a few every week and replying to every one. Reviews that name the job and the town do more than a bare five stars. We build the ask into the end of the job, and we never write or buy a review.

What happens to the work if I stop after the 30 days?

You keep everything. The website fixes, the profile work, the pages, the listings and the review system stay yours, in your accounts, in your name. Rankings hold for a while and then drift as competitors keep working. There is no contract holding you in, nothing gets switched off, and nothing comes down when you leave.

Try us for 30 days. Decide on day 30.

Nothing is charged for 30 days. On day 30 you continue and your plan starts with month 1 and month 2 billed together, or you walk away owing nothing and keep every fix we made.
